Summary

Since 20 years ago increased the incidence and mortality of asthma in the world , has been shown.

Up to 80%  of asthma in children is IgE mediated and the role of atopy is essential . If the parents are allergic and have the history of some allergic diseases such as asthma , allergic rhinitis and eczema, in 70% will have children with allergic predisposition.

The acknowledgement of the allergic environmental factors , and prevention of the pregnant mother from these substances will help the child protect of allergic diseases and not develop asthma in future.

So prevention of the allergic factors parentally and during infancy is the best way to protect the children from allergic diseases in particular asthma.
