Asthma in Children
Before and after Birth

incidence and mortality of asthma in the world , has been shown.
Up to 80% of asthma in
children is IgE mediated and the role of atopy is essential . If the
parents are allergic and have the history of some allergic diseases
such as asthma , allergic rhinitis and eczema, in 70% will have
children with allergic predisposition.
The acknowledgement of the
allergic environmental factors , and prevention of the pregnant mother
from these substances will help the child protect of allergic diseases
and not develop asthma in future.
